Hi. My name is Stephen Tesher. I am a novelist, screenwriter, educator, and father. I've authored three books, staged numerous plays and optioned screenplays, articles, and this blog.

I try to be useful to others in my work. I try to entertain, illustrate, inform, and motivate. I write about kids and parents, all struggling to figure it all out. I write about learning from failure to become a success.

As an educator, I work to help kids realize their own potential. Self-confidence is the key. Yet, self-doubt and self-esteem issues continue to penetrate and undermine children's lives. So, I do a lot of believing in my students and my children until they are ready to believe in themselves.
